To enroll in Compass Rose Medicare Advantage, you must first be a Compass Rose Health Plan member. Our Plan is open to active employees and retirees of the Intelligence Community, Department of State, Department of Defense, and Department of Homeland Security.
How to EnrollCurrent Compass Rose Members
If you are a retiree currently enrolled in the Compass Rose Health Plan and enrolled in both Medicare Parts A and B, you can enhance your benefits with the Medicare Advantage option at any time throughout the year! You must remain enrolled in the Compass Rose Health Plan to be eligible for the enhanced level of benefits.
